Marcia Morales-Jaffe
Marcia is a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and an Industry Advisor to various HR technology companies. Her distinctive leadership is shaped by her unique multi-faceted professional background as an engineer, management consultant, entrepreneur, and Chief People Officer at Fortune 200 companies PayPal [Nasdaq:PYPL] and World Fuel Services [NYSE:INT]. A graduate in Computer Engineering with an Operations Research minor, Marcia started her career as a systems analyst. After her MBA, she joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant, eventually finding her vocation “on the people side” of business strategy. At World Fuel Services, an energy distribution company with a big vision, Marcia was a key member of the leadership team that grew the company from $2 Bn to $ 40 Bn in revenues over a 10-year span.
As Chief People Officer at PayPal, Marcia was instrumental in laying a strong foundation for growth and shaping PayPal’s unique culture, one that inspires every employee to embrace and advance its transformational business vision and social mission.
Marcia is a thought leader in her field. She chairs the Emeritus group of the Gartner CHRO Global Leadership Board, a select, invitation-only group of CHROs with a mission to influence and advance the HR community. Marcia is a frequent speaker at conferences and expert panels. Her professional achievements were recognized by HRO Today who named her a Leader of Distinction (2017). Bindu Garapaty, Psy.D. is a true believer in human potential, Bindu Garapaty has found the intersection of happiness, human behavior, and leadership. With a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and an entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. Garapaty is the co-founder and CEO of The Happy Leader, LLC. She infuses evidence-based practices and lessons learned from her leadership experience in health care, corporate, academia, for-profit, and non-profit organizations, to empower leaders to find their intersection of happiness, meaning, and impact. She currently, leads the global mentoring /coaching program and serves as an organizational development consultant in talent, development, and inclusion at Gilead Sciences.
As a daughter of South Asian immigrants growing up in a rural part of Michigan, she recognized from an early age what diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging truly meant. Navigating that experience with the supports put in place around her was very empowering. The experience of being different opened up so many personal and professional possibilities. Keith is a Founder and Managing Partner of Guardian Insight Group, a Technology Risk advisory firm dedicated to guiding enterprise companies and startups in identifying, assessing, controlling, and mitigating risks associated with doing business between clients and their third parties.
Previously, Keith was the Managing Director/Head of Third-Party Risk Management for the Mitsubishi Financial Group (MUFG) and was responsible for ensuring that the Bank had the proper framework, policies, and controls to meet regulatory standards for effective oversight of third parties/vendors.

Muriel Clauson is an entrepreneur, speaker, and researcher focused on creating a better future of work. She is a speaker on the future of work and AI with emerging technology think-tank Singularity University. She speaks on technological change globally with organizations including the World Bank, China’s SAI Task Force for Innovation, the Milken Institute, United States Embassies, the Aspen Institute, the InterAction Council, the Young Presidents Organization, Palo Alto Networks, Silicon Valley Bank and more. Devin Cook
Devin Cook is the Executive Producer of the MIT Inclusive Innovation Challenge (IIC). Launched under Devin’s leadership at the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, the IIC annually awards over $1.5 million to technology-driven organizations globally that are reinventing the future of work and creating a more equitable economy in the digital age.
Devin’s expertise lies in accelerating entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ecosystems for economic growth. As a Fulbright Scholar, she researched entrepreneurship as a driver of economic development among textile artisans in India. She has conducted research and curriculum development alongside leading innovation and entrepreneurship faculty at MIT.
Devin has worked at multiple start-ups, mentored over 100 start-up founders, and currently teaches entrepreneurship at accelerators nationwide. She earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she was awarded the Ronald I. Heller Award for her contribution to entrepreneurship education on campus, and a BA from Middlebury College.
